Shipping policy
We know how important it is to receive your order when you expect it, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. We do our utmost to get your goods to you as soon as possible, and keep you informed every step of the way.
In most circumstances, orders made before 3pm (British Standard Time) will be sent the same day, or the next working day if sent after this time.
Our Track Your Order page will give you detailed information about the status of your order. Just input the tracking reference number that was given to you in your Shipping Confirmation email in to the box and hit 'Track'.
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring, we will contact you and work out a solution.

International Postage FAQs
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes using Royal Mail's International Signed For Service.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
It is a possibility, depending on how much a customer spends and where in the world they're located. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any such charges are payable by you, the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over any of these charges and we will not be able to tell you what you are likely to be charged as customs policies differ significantly from country to country. Contacting your local customs office for advice will give you a better idea of what, if anything, you might be charged.
What if I am not there to sign for my package?
If you are not present when delivery is attempted then the delivery person will leave a calling card with instructions on how to retrieve your package. This might be from a neighbour or a local postal depot. If the instructions on the card are not clear or no calling card is left, please contact the delivery company for further information.
My order has exceeded its estimated delivery time, where is it?
You will be given a tracking number once your order is dispatched which will provide you with updates on your order's location. The tracking number can be found in your order's dispatch confirmation email.
If some time passes without an update, it could mean the package has been delayed. This could be due to pending customs or import charges, or an attempted delivery being made but no calling card having been left.
If you require any assistance with locating a delayed package then please do not hesitate to contact us. We may be able to contact the shipping company directly and get a better idea of where your order is.
In the highly unlikely event an order goes entirely missing, we will do what we can to remedy the situation.
