Tudor has been subsidiary to Rolex for many years but they firmly asserted themselves as one of the world’s premier manufacturers in the affordable luxury segment by introducing their own in-house movements and design inspiration.
The Tudor Hydronaut is one of the watches that really helped this transition. With this watch one can see Rolex impacts yet not to the point like in the past where a Tudor model was actually the equivalent watch.
This handsome watch from Tudor Sorts Classic range dates from the 2010s. It has an understated matt blue dial and a distinctive chiselled steel bezel, with alternating brushed and polished segments that offer a striking look and give superb grip.
The watch also features luminescent dials and indexes, The flat caseback and comfortable bracelet makes this watch so comfortable to wear. The watch is powered by a very well decorated ETA 2824, the same movements that were used in all Tudor time and date watches at the time.
This Tudor is in fantastic condition, and comes with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind and since Tudor did not make so many of these at the time it is extremely unlikely that you will see another, so if you are looking for a fun Tudor that really no one has, look no farther then the Tudor Hydronaut
